We are happy with Steven and he is the best ever. He certified our team and now he is doing service. I had an issue last night with our forklift and called him at 9PM. He immediately rushed over to our showroom/warehouse and fixed the issue right after our phone call. He is always helpful and I will go to him first when we need anything.

What a great group of people who work hard making sure you get the most bang for your buck when purchasing as well as following up on services when needed.

A pleasure to do business with. Price on the rental was the best we found, all their equipment (lift, truck, trailer, tie downs, etc.) was in excellent condition, lift was delivered on time, the driver and the office person who we worked with to set up and coordinate everything were very professional and competent. I definitely recommend them!

We own two RV Dealerships in the valley, having been in business for the past 54 years. For the past 15-20 years we have leased Toyota Forklifts for both of our locations. Last year, as the leases of two of our Toyotas were expiring I went shopping for forklifts. It was my great fortune to call Reliable Fork Lift.

Keith, our original salesman gathered all the info as to what we were interested in, sizes, fiancé options etc. He compiled for us a very nice, bound, presentation on 4 different forklifts. His knowledge and organization was far superior to any other forklift company. Reliable brought out two Baoli 7,000 lbs. forklifts so we could work with them for several days. We ended up purchasing (2) Baoli’s, one

for each location. As it turned out, the Baoli’s were perfect in every way with one exception; they were unable to pick up our heaviest fifth wheels in order for us to do repairs on the front jacks. After getting ahold of Vic Villont as well as Brett Mohrman, these fellas flew into action. All sorts of possibilities were

discussed; trading them on bigger forklifts, returning them & starting over etc. etc. Every idea and option were enthusiastically researched and discussed by Vic and Brett. In the end, they sent out a pair of Doosan 8,000 lbs. forklifts for us to play with. We ended up purchasing both of them, as well as keeping the Baoli’s. I honestly believe, any other Forklift company would have handled our problem a lot differently and a lot less satisfactorily. I cannot say enough about Vic and his organization. They are truly professional.

It has been a pleasure dealing with You and Vic. One of Your competitors asked what the determining factor of our decision in choosing a vendor was. Our GM stated, “Reliable was spot on. Their Salesman worked the deal, He followed up immediately. He offered and delivered two new Forklifts for field testing FOC. He spent several hours over two days going over the equipment with our operators to be sure they understood what options the units had and how to operate each unit”. On my side, Vic and Yourself took time to return to my office and meet with me personally to answer evolving questions. You both sold me on Your intent to deliver unmatched Customer Service.
