OSHA ONLINE SKID STEER SAFETY TRAINING
Skid steer loaders are one of the most widely recognized pieces of equipment in the industry. Their versatility and small footprint make them an asset, but they can also present a hazard when misused or pushed to their limits.
This course was designed to comply with the requirements for theory training as outlined in SAE J1388-2013, 29 CFR 1926.20 and 21 as well as OSHA 1910.178 to teach you how to be a skilled and safe skid steer loader operator. The information in this course covers the basics you need to know regarding inspections, operation, and maintenance. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to reduce the risk of incidents, injuries, and product and property damage by employing techniques and procedures required by law.

PASSING GRADEThis online course has been designed to reinforce the information presented. Participants must score at least 80% on the final exam to receive an awarded certificate. Students can repeat this course twice if they do not achieve an 80% or higher on their first attempt. Printable resources are available in the form of a comprehensive student manual. The manual is a valuable resource for future use and knowledge retention. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETIONUpon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
